Reduce Your Intake of Vegetables
As we transition into a fruit based diet, we continue to eliminate foods that we may not need for optimal health. This makes each step harder to sustain. With less food options available in our diet we have fewer substances to lean on when physical, psychological, or emotional trauma is endured.
Once we get to this point we need to ask ourselves: Are vegetables harmful to our bodies? Don’t we need them for optimal health?
This is where the research available really starts to thin out, and we are left with little information available. Most of the supporting evidence comes from personal anecdotes, and a small community of “raw foodists”, that have been passing the torch of knowledge and wisdom.
Based on their experiences, we can open up to the idea that we don’t need vegetables for optimal health. Chances are that we are better off without most of them, and it’s likely that humans will outgrow the practice of eating vegetables in a near future.
But how could this be? It seems illogical when we consider that vegetables have always been praised as some of the healthiest foods available. The issue is that vegetables are often compared to animal products and processed foods. When we compare most vegetables to fruit, we get a different perspective.
