Perhaps the most important part of this process is to make sure we enjoy our meals. Luckily, raw vegan and fruit based diets have all the ingredients necessary to have a lifetime of pleasure in the culinary world.

Not too long ago, people used think of vegan diets as lame and boring. Now there are more options available than you could ever try. The same is happening in the world of raw veganism. What was once seen as a diet comprising of nothing but fruit and salads, has now turned into a world of amazing combinations and flavors. The creativity exposed by raw gourmet chefs and raw vegan aficionados is outstanding. It only takes a few searches online to come across excellent recipes that can delight anyone.

The best place to learn about delicious raw vegan food is YouTube. Here you will find countless recipes, with many more just a few Google searches away. Some of the most popular channels include Liferegenerator and Fully Raw Kristina. I also love The Raw Advantage, and Lauren’s Raw Vegan Kitchen. If you prefer books you may like “Practically Raw” by Amber Shea Crawley, “Raw and Simple” by Judita Wignall, and “Rawsome Vegan Baking” by Emily Von Euw.
