We want to experience health in every level, not only in our bodies, but also in your minds, heart, and in our environment. This is why we must pay attention to our daily habits regarding energy consumption and pollution.
Fossil fuels are quickly becoming obsolete as it becomes clearer how much damage they induce on the environment and our health. Advances in technology are leading the way to a cleaner future, with improvements in renewable energy and alternative forms of transportation. We can benefit by using electric cars, cycling, and walking.
We have the option to live healthier lives following raw vegan and fruit based diets. We can also live in a healthier world, by leaning towards renewable energy and alternative forms of transportation.
Not everyone has access to an electric car, but we all have a chance to consume less energy in one way or another. Perhaps we can’t walk or bike to work, but every intention and action counts. The most important thing to do is recognize the need, and have a desire for a cleaner and more sustainable society.
