Transforming Back to Nature
As we change our diet, it is likely that our behavior and lifestyle will change as well. New levels of health and vitality will create opportunities for more physical activity. Our return to a natural diet also brings us closer to nature itself.
As our body begins to heal, so will our thoughts and emotions. Our approach to religion and spirituality might change, as well as the way we treat ourselves, other people, animals, and plants. By adapting a fruit based diet, we’ll may find ourselves being more loving and compassionate, finding a greater sense of connection with ourselves and the world around us.
During this transformation we learn much about ourselves, and what it means to be human. The process builds up a desire to discover more about our selves, our relationship with other living beings, and the universe at large.
It is also likely that a fruit based diet will help us realize how important our environment is, and how crucial it is to care for it. This approach is a self-feeding mechanism, and regardless of where we start, we are likely to end up in the same place. As we we care for our environment, it will care for us, because ultimately, it is us, and we are it.
The following activities will help us ride through this transition, so we can get the most benefit from adopting raw vegan and fruit based diets.
