Everyday Breatharians
There are additional accounts from average people, who chose to explore sun-gazing and breatharianism on their own. Their claims have various degrees of success.
There is Kirby de Lanerolle, who claims to eat food as much as ten times a year. He is known to have gone three months consuming nothing but water, and has been practicing breatharianism for over five years. His education comes from masters, who claim to have lived for more than 40 days without food or water.
Kirby explains the energy he uses to survive comes from photons, vibration, and wind. He shares that the most important thing to be a breatharian, is to keep our energy centers open. Kirby claims to get regular medical checkups and to be in perfect health. He is certain that breatharianism can reverse the aging process and make him immortal.
We could go on and on, looking at examples of people who claim to have survived for extended periods of times without food or water. There is Ram Bahadur Bomjon, a young Nepalese Buddhist monk, star of the 2006 Discovery Channel documentary titled “The Boy with Divine Powers”.
There is Jasmuheen (born Ellen Greve), who says she can go for months with nothing more than a cup of tea. Ellen is the author of a book called “Living on Light”. Of course, many skeptics refer to her as a fraud.
In the documentary “No Way to Heaven”, the Swiss chemist Michael Werner claims to have followed the directions appearing on Jasmuheen’s books, and claims that he lived several years without food.
Last but not least, there are dozens of people on YouTube, who have been experimenting with dry fasting and breatharianism. There might not be a way to prove their claims are true, but we can at least hear from them directly by watching their videos.
The following are the names of some YouTube channels containing videos from individuals who claim to be breatharians and/or have successfully completed a dry fast of at least 7 days::
Suzka Mares, Kenya Lynem, Master Fast System, Empower Motion, Nia Isniaty Marshall, Renegade Vegan, BrotherFreshAir, Kristine Fontenot, Ashley Woodbury. If you know of any others, please share them with us.
